Sempuku Gekinetsu 15.5% Hot Sake 千福 激熱 本釀造 720ml
Bold, smooth, and made to be heated — Japan’s favourite hot sake experience.
Brewed by Mikado Shuzo (Sempuku) (三宅本店) in Hiroshima Prefecture, Sempuku Gekinetsu (千福 激熱 本釀造) is crafted especially for warming (atsukan) — a rare style designed to bring out the rich umami and full-bodied character of Honjozo sake when served hot.
At 15.5% ABV, this sake delivers mellow sweetness, rice-driven depth, and a clean dry finish when gently heated to 50–60°C. When served warm, its aroma expands with notes of toasted rice, caramel, and chestnut, creating a soothing and comforting drinking experience — perfect for cool nights or hearty meals.
