Official tasting notes describe it as bold and savoury, with maritime influence woven through richer layers of dried fruit, smoke, spice, and sweetness.

Aroma: Bold and savoury — cured meat, clove, mint, iodine, prunes, and maritime character from the Oloroso maturation.
Palate: Viscous and weighty — kiln smoke, tobacco leaf, walnuts, figs, Demerara sugar, cocoa, and smoked meats.
