Using locally grown sake rice from Munakata and pure spring water from northern Fukuoka, this Junmai sake expresses balance, clarity, and warmth. Aromas of fresh rice, pear, and light citrus unfold into a smooth, medium-bodied palate with gentle umami and a crisp finish.
